From orders to keys in four steps
The whole model is built around one idea: your per diem should buy you a home, not a hotel room.

Request a stay
Base, dates, party size, and whether you have a non-availability letter. Two minutes, no cost, any email address.
- 02STEP 02
We confirm your home or find alternatives
If you request a specific home, we check it first and match you there when available. For a general inquiry, or if that home is unavailable, local hosts confirm availability and bid. We review the offers and send up to three options, usually after a 48–72 hour bidding window.
- 03STEP 03
Pick your place and sign online
Choose one. Your lease and payment authorization arrive in the portal, take a couple of minutes each, and move-in instructions unlock when the last signature lands.
- 04STEP 04
Move in, then file your voucher
Furnished, utilities and WiFi included, itemized DTS-ready receipts with occupancy tax on its own line. Something at the house? One button reaches your host.
The per diem math
How your stay ends up costing $0
On TDY orders, the government pays your lodging up to the published government lodging rate for your duty location. Hotels routinely price at or above that cap — and give you 300 square feet and a mini-fridge for it.
We flip the equation:
- Every stay is priced at or below the local government lodging rate.
- You pay for lodging and receive itemized, DTS-ready receipts.
- You file your voucher in DTS and are reimbursed in full on a typical TDY.
- Result: a whole furnished home, at zero out-of-pocket cost.
