Traveler referral program

The current reward is $100 for a new traveler’s first qualifying completed stay of at least 30 nights.

Share your personal link privately with a friend who has not previously submitted a lodging request or booked with Base Crashpads. They must open the link and submit their first request in the same browser within 30 days. The first valid referral link used in that period receives credit. Cross-device and private-browser visits may not carry the link; open it again on the device used for the request.

One reward is available per new traveler. You cannot refer yourself, create duplicate accounts to earn rewards, or earn a referral reward as the homeowner on the referred stay. Cancelled requests, cancelled stays, and stays shorter than the minimum do not qualify.

A reward becomes eligible for review after the friend completes the stay and Base Crashpads reconciles the final lodging account. We check eligibility, then mark approved rewards as earned. Add your payment details in your referral page so we can arrange payment. Payments are made outside the app and are marked paid after the transfer is recorded.

The reward amount and minimum stay are saved when the friend submits their first qualifying request. Later program changes apply to new requests. A referral reward is paid to the referrer separately; it is not a lodging charge, credit, government reimbursement, or an item on the friend’s lodging receipt.

The referrer sees the friend’s abbreviated name and broad reward progress. We do not share the friend’s email, phone, lodging address, travel dates or payment records. Share links only with people who want to hear from you; unsolicited bulk messages are not part of this program.
