This comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath unit in a duplex is a great fit for anyone needing a clean, spacious place to stay—whether you're here for work, school, or just a visit. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and there’s also a sofa and an extra sleeping option in the living area. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, so you can relax or get some work done with ease. One of the bedroom has additional 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, a Keurig, cookware, and a dining table for four. There are also multiple desk areas if you need to work remotely during your stay. You’ll find fresh towels and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom, plus an on-site washer and dryer to make longer stays more convenient. Outside, enjoy a private backyard with a few trees, a small patio area, and a grill—great for a little fresh air and downtime. Please note: While we’ve made a number of updates like granite counters, re painted cabinets, appliances, and fresh paint, this is still an older property. If you don’t mind a few minor imperfections here and there, we’d be happy to have you stay with us. Use only designated parking areas. • Keep the property reasonably clean and report damage or maintenance issues promptly. • Do not move furniture outside or remove furnishings from the property. • Thermostat should not be set below 72°F during hot weather to prevent damage to the A/C system. • Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. • All adult occupants must complete any required screening and sign applicable rental documents.
