Rural acreage right outside the gate and along the Richardson to the south; well water, wood stoves and snowmachine trails from the driveway, with no shopping closer than North Pole.

Badger Road corridor

~20–25 min

Subdivisions strung along Badger Road between North Pole and Fairbanks — newer homes, quick access to both Fred Meyer stores, and the sweet spot for dual-military or spouse-works-in-Fairbanks families.

Fairbanks (east and south side)

~25–35 min

City amenities, the hospital, UAF and most restaurants; Fairbanks schools and a longer haul down the Richardson, but this is where Base Crashpads' Denali View sits.
