House rules

WELCOME! Make yourself at home here as you would at your own place AND respect the home and neighbors as you would at home as well. AT THE HOUSE Water -Tucson tap water is safe to drink but has a below average rating among health critics. I recommend using the little spout to the left of the sink (reverse osmosis) or fridge (multi-media with charcoal filter). Outside Lights -In the Arizona room to the left of the electrical box is small white box. -Those switches are for the pool light and outside lights & plug next to BBQ. Pool -Pool maintenance comes once a week (usually Wednesdays). Pool Table -Please treat it with respect – it is very special – and meant to be enjoyed for many years to come. Quiet hours -10pm-7am per Tucson ordinance as neighborly respect would follow. Gym -Exercise caution (excuse the pun) :-D and do not allow unattended children. Return weights with care (especially adjustable dumbbells). BBQ -Make yourself at home to it. Disposable tableware is in the cabinet at the coffee bar. If you run out of coals, propane, or other items, please notify us so we can replace it. Nintendo Switch -Please make yourself at home. Power on the system and use the tv remote to switch source HDMI 2 Trash/Recycle -Comes Tuesday morning (Recycle every other) check street for indications. Please bring it to the curb Monday evening if you can remember.
