Expect about 45 minutes up US-95 from our Las Vegas property to the Creech gate — the standard commute for virtually everyone at the base. Bedrooms are set up for shift workers sleeping days.

• Centennial Hills

  ~35 min

  The default Creech neighborhood: established 2000s subdivisions on the far northwest side with Costco, Centennial Center shopping and a hospital, solid CCSD schools, and the 215-to-US-95 on-ramp minutes away.

• Skye Canyon / Providence

  ~30-35 min

  Newer master-planned communities right at the US-95 and 215 interchange with parks, a rec center and lots of new-build rentals; it is the closest 'real' neighborhood to Creech and full of 432nd families.

• Summerlin

  ~45 min

  Pricier, polished master-planned living along the Red Rock foothills with the best-regarded schools and trails, but you are trading 10 more minutes of Beltway for it.

• Aliante / North Las Vegas

  ~40 min

  The compromise for dual-base households: affordable newer homes near the 215 with a reasonable shot at both Creech up US-95 and Nellis down I-15.
