On-base lodging at MacDill AFB

MacDill Inn (Air Force Inns), Bldg 350, 7637 Bayshore Blvd, MacDill AFB, FL 33621; 813-828-4259, MacDill.inn@us.af.mil. The front desk is 24/7 and the Inn is the after-hours arrival point after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends. It has 398 bed spaces including VQ, DVQ, and TLF units; TLFs take pets in designated rooms for $10 a night. TDY travelers must book through DTS; PCS families get up to 30 nights and should book 60 days out in the May-September surge. Reservations release at 6 p.m. without a late-arrival note. If the Inn is full you get a non-availability number, and the reservations office will point you to local hotels with military rates.
