From Moreno Valley, Riverside, or Perris, most people reach the Main Gate in 10 to 20 minutes via I-215 to the Cactus Avenue exit, or surface streets like Alessandro Boulevard and Perris Boulevard.

• Moreno Valley

  ~10 min

  The closest city to the gate, with newer tract homes near Lake Perris and Rancho Belago, older stock south of the 60, Moreno Valley and Val Verde schools, and the lowest home prices in the immediate area.

• Riverside (Orangecrest, Mission Grove, Canyon Crest)

  ~15-20 min

  Established neighborhoods on the south and east side of the city with strong Riverside Unified schools, UC Riverside nearby, and easy access to the Mission Inn downtown scene; expect to pay more than Moreno Valley.

• Perris and Menifee

  ~15-25 min

  Newer master-planned communities straight down I-215 with big garages, HOA pools, and prices around $560,000-$570,000; Menifee has the newer schools and shopping, and Kaiser and other TRICARE providers are nearby.

• Temecula and Murrieta

  ~40-60 min

  Where a lot of families end up for the schools, wine country, and a more suburban feel, at the cost of a long I-215 commute that can stretch past an hour in traffic.
